Football Futures Player Pathway Partner
Morecambe Football Club is a Professional Football club in Morecambe, Lancashire, England. The team competes in League One, the third tier of the English football league system. Nicknamed the "Shrimps" due to the coastal town's local speciality food, the club have played home games at the Mazuma Stadium since moving from their original home at Christie Park in 2010.
Vision
Working closely with Morecambe FC staff, Football Futures will help broaden the catchment for potential talent to represent the EFL League One outfit, placing a particular focus on the Greater Manchester area.
Our aim is to locate those hidden gems that after honing their abilities with Football Futures, could then be ready to potentially have an impact at the Lancashire based Professional outfit.

Arrange games groups at different age groups for Football Futures Players at all ages to compete in competitive fixtures v's Morecambe FC Academy Teams.

Talent ID players from the programme, working in conjunction with the MFC coaching team to ensure any talented players are firstly offered the opportunity to trial for Morecambe academy and or First team squads.
